The products you are ordering are manuactured to order and shipped from Vietnam. This may seem odd in this era, but it helps to keep our costs down, and our prices reasonably low.

Once an order becomes heavy or large enough where shipping via truck freight makes sense, this shipping option becomes available. You will probably need information about the shipment, such as weight and dimensions.

The process is as follows:

1. Please create an account and log in, if you already have not.
2. Add the items you would like to purchase to the cart, then proceed to the checkout section.
3. Enter the delivery address and phone number.
4. Regarding payment, you do not need to enter payment info and make payment at this time.
5. You can leave the checkout page open or close it at this time.
6. Please email darren@pico-innovate.com to request shipping details and we will reply as soon as we can.

Please note:

• We will use the information entered on the checkout page to determine what products will be shipped to what destination. Please be sure this information is accurate.
• Weight and dimensions provided are reasonably accurate, but do not take into account all aspects of the shipment such as palletization or how items are stacked on a pallet.

When a shipment becomes heavy or large enough to warrant a price comparison between our highly discounted UPS rates versus truck freight rates, this shipping option becomes available so that we can try and save you money on shipping costs. We will look at your order in more detail, obtain several quotes from truck delivery companies, and email you some options.

The process is as follows:

2. Add the items you would like to purchase to the cart, then proceed to the checkout section.
3. Enter the delivery address and phone number.
4. Regarding payment, you do not need to enter payment info and make payment at this time.
5. You can leave the checkout page open or close it at this time.
6. Email darren@pico-innovate.com to initiate request for freight estimate.
7. We will research and provide you approximate freight cost range.
8. If you agree to the range, we will proceed with the order. If you do not agree, we can discuss options.
9. Once your products land in the USA, we will requote freight rates and request your approval to lock in a rate.
10. We will send you an invoice for the freight. Please pay this invoice promptly so that we can delivery your products as soon as possible.

Please note:

• If you do not see "Best Method" as a shipping option, it is because using UPS is likely going to be the lowest price shipping option.
• After doing research we may find that UPS is still the lowest price option.
• It is possible there are significant differences between estimated and actual freight price. This is because shipping rates fluctuate due to so many factors, including those we cannot forsee.

We understand that the cost of shipping is a major factor in your purchase. We strive to secure the most competitive rates available for your shipment.

Free shipping requires the cost of shipping to be factored into the price of the product. In other words, free shipping isn't exactly free. You are paying for it in some form or another.

Providing free shipping in our case would mean that some customers will in effect subsidize freight/delivery costs for other customers with higher delivery costs. So we decided to not do this.
